The Company was established in collaboration with China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountants LLP (“CAAP”) in China and became the overseas member firm of CAAP. Union Alpha offers a full suite of professional services including auditing, taxation, corporate internal control and governance, M&A and financial advisory, corporate restructuring and liquidation, family trust and wealth management services.
