Huarong International Asset Management Limited (“HRIAM”) is a subsidiary of Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited (“HRIF”). HRIAM provides a full range of financing solutions to corporate clients and is licensed and regulated by SFC to carry out Type 9 regulated activities (Asset Management) in Hong Kong. HRIAM is mainly engaged in direct investment and asset management business, which is one of the three core businesses of HRIF. The company provides debt financing solutions, investments in listed and unlisted companies, and mezzanine investments.
