Global Vision (“GV”) is a brand held by a company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. GV primarily acts as a facilitator to liaise with GV member firms for their benefit, but does not directly provide any services to clients. All professional services are provided by the respective member firms within their respective jurisdictions. The professional services provided by GV members include, but are not limited to, statutory audit services; certification; company secretarial services and tax compliance. Each member firm is an independent legal entity within its respective jurisdiction and is subject to local law. All members independently serve their own clients and assume their respective legal responsibilities. The company is a professional accounting firm.
