Global Vision (“GV”) is a brand held by a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. GV primarily acts as a facilitator to liaise with GV member firms for their benefits but does not directly provide any services to the clients. All professional services are provided by the respective member firms in their respective jurisdictions. GV member firms provide professional services including but not limited to statutory audit services; certification; company secretarial services and tax compliance. Each member firm is an independent legal entity within its respective jurisdiction and is subject to local laws. All member firms independently provide services to their own clients and bear their own legal responsibilities. At GV’s organization, all member firms commit to the same quality standards and adhere to the same values when serving clients. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, in such websites, GV only refers to the intangible brand, rather than collectively representing the whole of its member firms. The actions of each member firm do not bind other member firms.
