HuaAn Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited (“HuaAn (HK)”) was established in June 2010, which is a fast-growing Chinese fund management company in Hong Kong. HuaAn Asset Management (Hong Kong) is a China-based asset manager affiliated with HuaAn Fund Management. HuaAn Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited is the sole wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of HuaAn Fund Management. It holds licenses for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission; and also has RQFII/QFII qualifications and Hong Kong Stock Investment Advisor qualifications. As a bridgehead of HuaAn Fund Management, HuaAn Hong Kong aims to develop HuaAn Fund Management's cross-border and international business, relying on the brand advantages and platform support of its parent company HuaAn Fund Management, deeply implement the linkage mechanism of the parent company and its subsidiaries, and build an international asset allocation platform to provide comprehensive asset management allocation services for domestic and foreign investors.
