Changjiang Securities International Financial Group Limited (長江證券國際金融集團有限公司), also known as Changjiang Securities International (長證國際), was established in Hong Kong in 2011 as the sole overseas subsidiary of Changjiang Securities (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board stock code: 000783). Changjiang Securities International holds the qualifications of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Its subsidiaries hold licenses of Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9 issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Changjiang Securities International serves as a bridge for financial cooperation between Hong Kong and mainland China.
