TMH Telecom Public Co., Ltd. (TMH) is a telecommunications service provider in Myanmar, established in 2007. Initially focused on manufacturing automatic telephone exchanges, TMH expanded to offer information and communication technology services. Its principal activities include fixed and mobile network engineering services, fiber turnkey projects, BTS and fiber installation and maintenance, manufacturing and distribution of mobile top-up-cards, and ICT systems. The company is listed on the Yangon Stock Exchange since January 26, 2018. As of the Latest Practicable Date, the company has 250 employees as well as 5 branches and 16 offices spread across Myanmar. In 2016, Myanmar GT Broadband Co., Ltd. (“GT Broadband”) was set up as a joint venture between the Company and GCI Science & Technology Co., Ltd. to engage in the business of construction and operation of communication and broadband service in Myanmar.
