TASTE • GOURMET GROUP LIMITED (Stock Code: 8371) is a restaurant group that provides a variety of cuisines, including Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes, to the mid-to-high-end customer base in Hong Kong. Since opening its first restaurant in December 2007, the company has expanded its restaurant network through a multi-brand business model. Today, the company owns and operates 56 full-service restaurants through twenty brands (including sixteen own brands: Dao Cheng Yading, Dao Cheng, Shi Li Xianghui, Shi Li, Ba Shi Li, Urawa Japanese Cuisine, Gyuki Japanese Shabu Shabu, Saga Yakiniku Valley, Mountain View Taiwanese Hot Pot, Maji, Taipei Canteen, Encounter Taipei, QUE, Mi Tai, Pin Yue Vietnamese Cuisine, Suo Suo, Rakuraku Ramen, Kyoto Shokudo and four licensed brands Parkview, Takano, Tsukanto Tonkatsu and Tirpse). Most of our restaurants are strategically located in prime locations and/or premium shopping malls in the prime areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, or in the superior locations along the street.
