Sunwood Development Corp. was established in 1985 by Bob Wiedenmann Jr. with the primary objective of building and developing quality new homes and communities. Bob, with his experience since 1978, has built over 600 homes, emphasizing quality craftsmanship, honest customer service, and exceeding client expectations. The company is committed to ongoing training and education within the industry, encouraging employees to stay updated on current best practices. Bob and Amy Wiedenmann have also been involved in judging for the New Jersey Builders Association's Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards.
