Kayer Limited was founded in 2001 in Hong Kong, specializing in the export of tires (PCR, TBR, OTR) to South America, with partnerships and exclusivity agreements with major brands. In 2015, Sunik International was launched, specializing in the sale of motorcycles, motorcycle tires, spare parts, and accessories. Almacenes Natacha, a chain of retail stores, commenced operating in Ecuador in 2018, selling household goods through an omnichannel sales strategy.
