東方琴韻藝術團為於香港成立的非牟利機構，透過在香港推廣多元的文化、教育與藝術活動，以平衡香港公民的個人身心靈健康，提升香港整體的文化素養及藝術鑒賞能力，轉化香港市民為兼具文化、藝術及歷史價值的世界公民，最終促進香港社會發展及社區繁榮。東方琴韻藝術團於2023年4月獲香港浸會大學人文創作系邀請參演「撞到正」藝術週活動「爵士融合音樂會」；同年入選香港藝術發展局2023/01-2023/06計劃資助；2024年5月與東華三院E大調合奏團合辦「長笛與弦樂四重奏」音樂會；2024年12月舉辦「音樂養心：琴箏與南音上四管」音樂會；2025年1月舉辦「心靈旅行：琴歌與香港文學地景」音樂會、「當音樂遇上正念：周翊古琴與樂隊」音樂會，並舉辦音樂會延伸活動「森林療癒」、「頌缽療癒」、「身體律動」、「香港文學散步」等。東方琴韻藝術團為康樂及文化事務署2025年度社區文化大使之一，並曾獲香港電台邀請參與藝坊星期天節目錄影及訪談.
