RB Shipping and Trade Limited

RB Shipping and Trade Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. RB's shipping fleet consists of 13 vessels operating in the dry bulk sector (7 Kamsarmax, 2 Post-Panamax, 3 Capsesize, 1 Supramax). In January 2020, RB acquired the platform formerly of Rizzo Bottiglieri De Carlini Armatori including another 8 vessels. The platform has been integrated into RB Shipping’s group and has been renamed RB Armatroi. RB Shipping’s in-house expertise is supported by its two in-house ship-management platforms; RB British Marine, based in London and Mumbai, manages the Kamasarmax vessels under UK and Marshall Islands flags, whilst RB Armatori, based in Naples manages vessels, under both Marshall and Italian flags. These platforms operate on an arms-length basis, being able to provide technical and commercial management services to both the RB fleet and other third-party owners. RB’s in-house shipping expertise and experience enables us to provide solutions to a range of distressed situations including warehousing structures and non-performing loan work-outs across the dry-bulk, tanker and containership sectors.
