The company was formerly known as Kingbo Strike Limited and changed its name to Prosperity Group International Limited in February 2025. Prosperity Group International Limited was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The company engages in the supply and installation of solar photovoltaic parts and equipment in the People's Republic of China. It operates through two segments, Solar Power Business and Electrical Distribution System Business. The company supplies and installs electrical distribution systems, including distribution board, junction box, cables, switches, etc. In addition, it is involved in the provision of finance; and electrical and general building engineering services.
