PONY GROUP INC. is an offshore holding company. It began its car service business in April 2016 through Xiaoma Cross-border Car Service Co., Ltd. (“Xiaoma Hong Kong”). Xiaoma Cross-border Car launched a Cantonese-Hong Kong cross-border carpooling platform in China in January 2016, and innovatively launched a carpooling platform in Hong Kong and Macao cross-border carpooling, and was also the first to launch a one-stop cross-border travel platform integrating business cars and bus tickets. It mainly operates business car rental services for travel in Hong Kong and Macau. In 2017, it started a global Chinese-speaking driver car-hailing platform, which has now opened more than 1,500 popular cities, including Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, and 250+ international airport pick-up and drop-off services. The company actively researches the needs and pain points of Chinese people going abroad, and provides more value-added services according to different scenarios of going abroad, using third-party professional institutions to realize the role of a cross-border derivative service platform, such as global traffic cards, global visas, and linking global hotels and car rental partners, through the expansion of overseas travel business. At the same time, considering the needs of national consumption upgrades, it has opened global golf, global marathon, global concert and other services.
