一團火 (On Fire) is a volunteer tutoring program that aims to help primary school students. It addresses the long-term under-commitment to the underprivileged in Hong Kong, which leads to serious wealth disparity. It gathers volunteers and collaborates with local community groups and churches to provide tutoring to help students enter university. The organization has established tutoring points in multiple locations, borrowing spaces from mutual aid committees of public housing estates, members of the Legislative Council offices, and churches to provide free volunteer tutoring classes once a week in various districts and is also preparing to open classes at new tutoring points.
