Opened in 2017, Octavium is not only a gracious home-style dining room, but is one of the best Italian dining destinations in Hong Kong. The restaurant earned 1 Michelin star within 17 months after opening and was elevated to "2" Michelin stars from 2022. The cosy dining room serves lunch and dinner from Mondays to Saturdays. Resident Chef Giuseppe De Vuono places great emphasis on sourcing the best seasonal ingredients from across the World, as well as making everything from scratch in house, from bread to desserts.
