It consults to land owners, real estate developers, governments, investment vehicles and hospitality investors, to deliver projects that are unique in product mix and customer experience. For the last 27 years Mirage has initiated, managed, and successfully completed designs and delivered more than 100 leisure and mixed-use developments throughout the Middle East, Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean islands and further afield, covering approx. 3.7 million m2 and representing an estimated total project value of almost US$10 billion.
