Hubei Port (Hong Kong) International Limited

Hubei Port (Hong Kong) International Limited ("Hubei Port") is a company incorporated in Hong Kong and 100% owned by Hubei Port Group Company Limited (湖北省港口集團有限公司, “Hubei Port Group”) and ultimately controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Wuhan Municipal People’s Government (武漢市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會,“Wuhan SASAC”). Hubei Port acquired approximately 74.81% of the issued capital of China Infrastructure & Logistics Group Ltd. in January 2022, which further increased to approximately 87.66% upon close of the mandatory cash offer on 25 March 2022.
