The "樓宇復修資源中心 Building Rehabilitation Resource Centre (BRRC)" is a multi-purpose resource center that provides one-stop information and support services related to building rehabilitation in an interactive and innovative way. These services include video consultation services, a multi-purpose activity room for public use for building rehabilitation matters, and a meeting room for community mediation services. During weekdays, from Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:30, video phone inquiries are available for visitors to speak with URA staff to answer questions about building rehabilitation. There are also two "video consultation service rooms" where people who want to apply for various building rehabilitation subsidy programs can process relevant application procedures, fill out forms and submit documents online during the above-mentioned weekday office hours.
