Hing Lung was established in 1984 as Hing Lung Interior Decoration Co., specializing in interior fitting out, mechanical engineering, and maintenance work. In 2002, Hing Lung Interior Design & Engineering Ltd. was established to support the company's growth, continuing its focus on interior fitting out contracting, M&E works, and furniture fabrication. The company has attained the ISO 9001:2008 quality control system, ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety management system since 2009 and also a Forest Stewardship Council Certification since 2011. In 2014, offices were established in Mainland China, extending services to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing.
