FSE Engineering Ltd. has been active in the China market since 1982. In order to cope with changes in market conditions due to China WTO accession and in response to Decree No.113 jointly issued by MOC and MOFCOM, we applied and approval was granted in July 2003 by MOFCOM for the establishment of FSE Engineering Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in China. As a comprehensive interdisciplinary E&M engineering services provider in China, FSE Engineering Ltd. has created and developed a single, quick and efficient resource for E&M engineering services and is able to offer a "one stop shop" service to its customers. FSE Engineering Group Limited is the second largest E&M engineering and environmental technologies Group in Hong Kong with over 40 years of operating experience in the electrical and mechanical engineering industry.
