It manages and develops social services including elderly services, child care services, counselling services and other services. The organization's mission is to preach the Gospel, provide wholistic care, and serve the community. Services include elderly neighborhood centers, day nursery schools, community centers, self-study centers, and other self-financed service units. The organization is a member of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and The Community Chest.
