China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited (CTIHK) was incorporated in Hong Kong in February 2004 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2019. Within China National Tobacco Corporation (“CNTC”) Group, CTIHK is currently the sole listed entity mainly carrying out tobacco business. CTIHK is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the sales, import and export of cigarettes and tobacco leaf products. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Tobacco Leaf Products Import Business segment is mainly engaged in the import of tobacco leaf products in Chinese Mainland from origin countries or regions around the world. The Tobacco Leaf Products Export Business segment is mainly engaged in the export of tobacco leaf products. The Cigarettes Export Business segment exports cigarettes to duty-free outlets. The Brazil Operation Business segment is mainly engaged in the procurement, processing, sale of tobacco leaves and procurement of agricultural materials inherent to tobacco production in Brazil and from Brazil to regions around the world. The New Tobacco Products Export Business segment is mainly engaged in the export of new tobacco products to overseas market worldwide.
