China Tobacco International (HK) Co Ltd (CTIHK) was incorporated in Hong Kong in February 2004 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2019. Within China National Tobacco Corporation (“CNTC”) Group, CTIHK is currently the sole listed entity mainly carrying out tobacco business. CTIHK is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the sales, import and export of cigarettes and tobacco leaf products. The Company operates its business through five segments: The Tobacco Leaf Products Import Business, The Tobacco Leaf Products Export Business, The Cigarettes Export Business, The Brazil Operation Business, and The New Tobacco Products Export Business.
