China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (referred to as “the Company”) is a member of China State Construction Engineering Corporation. The Company has 45 years of property development and commercial property management operation experience, developing business in Hong Kong, Macau and 80 cities in Mainland, as well as in countries such as the UK and Singapore. In 2023, the Company’s total assets reached RMB923.6 billion; net assets amounted to RMB373 billion and contracted property sales were RMB309.8 billion; net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company amounted to RMB25.6 billion, upholding its profitability at an industry-leading level.
