Apollomics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, founded in 2015, focused on the discovery and development of oncology therapies. The company's products portfolio includes Vebreltinib (APL-101), an oral active, highly selective c-Met inhibitor; APL-102, an oral active, small molecule Multiple Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor; APL-122, a tumor inhibitor candidate; and uproleselan (APL-106). Apollomics was formerly known as CBT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and changed its name to Apollomics, Inc. in January 2019. Apollomics aims to develop novel medicines for cancer patients. It currently has a pipeline of nine drug candidates, six of which are currently in the clinical stage of development.
