4U Inclusive Fitness is Hong Kong's first inclusive fitness social enterprise, aiming to promote an inclusive fitness culture and create exercise opportunities for people with special needs, so they can exercise together with the public in the gym. Through professional fitness training and guidance from professional fitness coaches, they provide a richer fitness experience. A portion of the fitness fees for mainstream people will be used for social support, so that those in need, such as the disabled and the elderly, can also exercise in the gym at a more favorable price, creating a culture of inclusion and inclusion. 4U Inclusive Fitness hopes to combine the popular inclusive fitness culture from abroad with Hong Kong's fitness culture, to establish a brand new inclusive fitness culture in Hong Kong, and to become a bridge for communication and exchange between mainstream people and people with disabilities in Hong Kong.
